Student organization presidents and vice presidents,
In order to remain a recognized student organization at Butler University, an online end-of-semester report must be completed. There are five short steps to completing this report:
- Members (make sure you list current officers/members and an advisor who has accepted the role)
All five parts must be fully completed in order to remain a recognized student organization. Failure to fully complete reports will result in your organization becoming inactive. If you are unable to view your organization online you may have not filled out your most recent report.
Organizations that fail to complete the end of semester report on time will not be able to reserve space on campus and the financial account for the organization will be frozen.
Organizations must fill out a new report even if they filled out a previous semesters report at the beginning of this year and if they updated their information at the beginning of this semester.
